Terms and Conditions star123 — User Guidelines

Introduction

Welcome to star123 — an online entertainment and betting platform designed specifically for Malaysian players. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user and star123 as the platform provider.

02 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the star123 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, phone number, IP address, or device information — is a serious violation of these terms.

If star123 detects that a user holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated and all balances, wins, and bonuses will be forfeited without prior notice.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and banking information. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. star123 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team via Live Chat immediately.

2.4 KYC Verification

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your star123 account. Withdrawals for accounts that have completed KYC are processed within 3–5 minutes. star123 does not charge any withdrawal fees on our end.

• For security purposes, withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit

3.3 Third-Party Funds

Using another person's credit card, bank account, or digital wallet for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. This violation will result in immediate account suspension pending the completion of an investigation.

4.1 General Rollover Requirements

• Welcome bonus: subject to rollover requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms
• Wins from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fully met

• Cancelled, rejected, or hedging bets do not count toward rollover calculations

4.2 Bonus Abuse

05 Wagering Rules

07 Account Termination

7.1 Termination by User

You may close your star123 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, all pending bonus rollover requirements must be met, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

7.2 Termination by star123

Star123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any term in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities detected
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• You hold multiple accounts
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

08 Limitation of Liability

09 Changes to Terms
